Our journey started in climate ed-tech, but it uncovered a bigger opportunity. Food waste offered one of the quickest, most overlooked paths to cut emissions—that is what has led us here.

Over two years, we ran thousands of controlled experiments across 105 food-waste variations to optimise speed and biomass reduction. The result is a unique aerobic solution that calibrates process, ingredients, and technology—validated at scale.
